Hi, I'm Patricia, the director of Pram Name Plates. Here's a little background of our company.

I had been living in Stockholm, Sweden for 4 years when I gave birth to my eldest daughter. It was a fantastic place to live with a young baby as the Swedes really know how to cater for young mothers, babies and toddlers. The range of products available over there is fantastic, especially prams and accessories. Pram nameplates became very fashionable when I was living there. Every yummy mummy had their baby’s name, often with their country flag, attached to the front or the rear of their prams. It used to be great fun checking out other baby’s names when you were out and about and it was a great icebreaker in the park if you saw another baby with a UK logo on their nameplate.

Although we loved the lifestyle in Sweden we decided to return to live in the UK when I was pregnant with our second child. I found that other mothers here were really curious about my daughter’s Swedish clothes, my unusual baby products and of course, the cool nameplate attached to my pram. So I decided to start my own business and began manufacturing these plates.

Orders taken Monday-Thursday are usually despatched the following day. Orders received Friday-Sunday are despatched on Mondays. Delivery is normally the following day but please allow 3 days within the UK and longer for overseas deliveries.

Payment can be made online with debit or credit card using Paypal, our secure payment service. Your details are not remembered for future purchases nor are ANY of your details passed on to other persons or organisations.

Returns of damaged or faulty plates can be made within 14 days of purchase. However no replacement is given for incorrect spelling or order mistakes so please ensure you have given the correct details when ordering.
